Born in New Jersey, just across the water from NYC, she developed a strong passion and love for both style & design. Juanita has always had a keen eye for fashion and is never afraid of being over-the-top. Her elegance and bravura are examples of her everyday lifestyle as she consistently strives for perfection. Juanita spent over a decade in the corporate world managing day-to-day operations while having a strong fluence in marketing. There she began to build her incredible networking family by organizing special events and creating unique experiences while always making sure design and style played a decisive role. Having close family in the real estate business has enhanced her passions. She has the ability to see through the grueling processes of home and commercial renovations and creating everlasting memories with the clientele she works with. She was able to create a style and presence while building her own home a few years back. Her son, Cain has been playing soccer for the better part of his life which requires a ton of traveling. Juanita’s passions have spilled over into recommending hotel stays, different restaurants or just finding those hidden gems that everyone is constantly looking for.
